Return Policy

We want you to love your order! If you’re not completely satisfied for any reason, we’re happy to accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date for a full or partial refund*, minus any return shipping costs and Route Packaging Protection fees.

Please return your product in its original, undamaged packaging. If the packaging has been opened, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total.

Gift Cards are not eligible for returns.

We do not accept partial returns on bundles or "buy more, save more" offers.

We are not issuing exchanges at this time.

Please allow 24-48 hours to complete your return request.

Subscription Return

If you wish to cancel your subscription order and claim that you were unaware of your subscription, please note the following:

  • Shipping Fee Chargeback: Customers who received free standard ground shipping as part of their subscription incentive will be charged back the standard ground shipping fee if they cancel their subscription and return the order. The standard ground shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Orders consisting of non-subscription products with a subtotal of $50 or more are exempt
  • Return Process: To return your subscription order, please send us an email at help@repurpose.com and we’ll take it from there.

     

Purchased from a retailer?

To reduce your carbon footprint and for a quick return process, we recommend returning your goods to your original place of purchase. However, if you are unsatisfied with our products, please reach out to us at help@repurpose.com.

 

Route Packaging Protection

Adding Route Packaging Protection to your Repurpose order is final sale. No exchanges or refunds are permitted.

If your order claim is approved, Route will reimburse the cost of the item(s) alone. Shipping costs, taxes, and the Route premium are not included.

 

Refunds

It can take up to one billing cycle for the funds to appear back in your account, on rare occasions up to 3-4 weeks. The timing can vary depending on the payment method used. We recommend reaching out to your issuing bank directly with any questions.
